Yes, we roast all of our Biodynamic and Melk coffee in house in Montreal, QC! Unlike some competitors who outsource their roasting to third-party facilities, we take pride in carefully managing the entire process ourselves—from sourcing to roasting. Between Biodynamic Coffee and Melk Cafe we have over 10+ years in speciality coffee experience! Within that time we've opened 5 brick and mortar cafes in Montreal (4 public, 1 private) and have been roasting in house since 2018. 

This ensures that every batch is roasted to perfection, reflecting our commitment to quality, sustainability, and flavour. By keeping our roasting in house, we can guarantee the freshness and consistency that sets our coffee apart.
