If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You can ask for a refund within 15 days of the delivery date of the product.

Please Note:
First-time purchases of 907g and/or 5lb bags of coffee are non-refundable. We recommend trying our 300g options first if you’re unsure about the coffee.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are not refundable.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
