Why does my coffee bag say "Whole Bean" if I ordered ground coffee?Updated 2 months ago
If you ordered your coffee to be ground (e.g., French Press, Drip, or Espresso) but noticed the physical packaging still says "Whole Bean," please don't worry! You have received the correct coffee.
The Explanation
To ensure we can get our coffee to you as quickly as possible, our bags are pre-printed with the "Whole Bean" label. However, we take pride in offering ground-to-order services.
If you selected a specific grind size during checkout—such as FILTER / DRIP (GROUND COFFEE) —our Production Team manually grinds your coffee to your specifications right before shipping.
How to Verify Your Order
Check the contents: Even if the bag says "Whole Bean," the coffee inside will reflect the grind you chose at checkout.
Review your confirmation: Check your order confirmation email. If it lists a grind size (like "French Press Ground Coffee"), our team has ensured those beans were ground specifically for that brewing method.
Note: We hear your feedback! We are currently looking into updating our packaging to more accurately reflect our custom-grind options and avoid this confusion in the future.
